Yoga first appeared in India and has reached people from all over the world today. The most correct word used to describe yoga is ” journey ”. Because yoga is a journey full of experience with the mind and body of man. Yoga contains wise and experienced teachers. Of course, students who expect to take advantage of them. There are 8 stages awaiting these students;

1.Yama, the first step of this beautiful journey, started with the idea of ​​controlling the ego, and consists of moral disciplines such as not harming and righteousness.

2.In the second step, those who start this journey should follow the Niyama personal discipline. This step includes grateful to those at hand, being pure, reading and remembering.

3.The third step, Asana, means yoga posture and poses used while doing yoga.

4.Pranayama, which is the fourth step, aims to reach the awareness of breath to the people who start the journey. The meaning of breath in yoga is life energy. That is why it is so important to achieve awareness of breath.

5.Pratyahara is the fifth step of yoga. It is also known as isolation and emotions mean to pull back the sense organs.

6.Those who start their journey in Dharana, the sixth step, understand the importance of concentration and focus.

7.The seventh step, Dhyana, is also referred to as meditation.

8.Samadhi, which is the last step, means enlightenment and is known as liberation. The combination of the object of meditation and consciousness in the Samadhi step. Those who have reached this step have completed this long and beautiful journey.

Yoga Types

There are many types of yoga for those who want to start yoga. People are free to choose the most suitable one for them.

Hatha yoga, the most suitable type of yoga for those who want to start yoga, is the basis of yoga. This type of yoga, which is balanced with yoga poses and breathing techniques, quite relaxes the person.

Breathing techniques and exercises are very important for the type of asthanga yoga, which is also called power yoga. With the harmony of breaths and asanas, blood circulation is accelerated, the body focuses on removing toxins comfortably, and then the body strengthens and at the same time becomes calm.

Vinyasa yoga, which contains high energy, aims to improve the condition and improve the muscles. The transition between asanas is connected with the breath in this type of yoga, where each pose is passed to each pose, and each pose is exhaled.

Yin yoga, which is more stable than Vinyasa yoga, aims to strengthen the muscles. In addition, it provides the connective tissues to flex.

Kundalini is a type of energy located at the bottom of the spine. Kundalini yoga, whose name is here, is linked to meditation and chakras. Combining mental and physical strength, this type of yoga is the ideal type of yoga for those who love spiritual experiences.

Yoga therapy, which is a complete healing method, is the best type of yoga that can be performed in diseases such as neck, shoulder, hernia, scoliosis, diabetes, intestines, anxiety, which do not end with counting.

In restorative yoga, which aims to repair the nervous system and balance consciousness, muscles are relaxed for long periods of time, and physical and mental relaxation is provided.

Bikram yoga, which has just started to be heard, is also known as hot yoga, and its whole affair is warm. It is applied in salons with a temperature of almost 40 degrees to flex the body more comfortably and purify it from toxins more easily.
